Dr. César Barrera is a Surgeon specialized in Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery from the Universidad del Bosque, with more than 15 years of experience, member of the Colombian Society of Plastic Surgery (SCCP), the Ibero-Latin American Federation of Surgery (FILACP), the International Confederation of Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery (IPRAS), American Society of Plastic Surgeons (ASPS) and the International Society of Plastic Surgery (ISAPS).
He is a professor of Plastic Surgery at the Sinú University, head of the Plastic Surgery service of the Integrated Network of Health Services Sur E.S.E., was a professor of Postgraduate Plastic Surgery at San Martín University and is the founder of L’essence Clinique ( 2015). In addition, he is a medical volunteer for the Operationsmile Foundation (2009).
